Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, of course — with a few reasonable restrictions in place to prevent abuse. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and accounts are limited to two tier changes per billing period. Advisory and Digital Family Office transitions are coordinated directly with your Grounded team.
What happens after the free period ends?
Grounded One moves to $12.99/month on July 2, 2026. You'll receive a reminder 30 days before. Lock in the annual rate anytime before then.
How is advisory pricing determined?
Essentials and above are priced based on household complexity and services required. Contact us and we'll have a proposal within one business day.
Is there a contract?
Monthly — no contract, cancel anytime. Annual — billed upfront, non-refundable after 14 days.
