What Grounded One provides

Grounded One is a planning and guidance software platform designed to help you organize, visualize, and coordinate your financial life across multiple planning domains including money, wealth, tax, risk, estate, insurance, and retirement.

Grounded One itself does not provide investment advisory services and does not act as a fiduciary. The platform is a technology service. It does not make investment decisions, manage portfolios, or provide personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. If you choose to engage investment advisory or wealth services, those are provided separately by licensed third-party advisors or firms under their own terms, disclosures, and regulatory obligations.

The information provided through Grounded One is for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Where available, services such as tax preparation and filing are provided by qualified third parties. Grounded One does not itself prepare or file tax returns.

Subscription tiers

Grounded One offers multiple subscription tiers providing access to different combinations of planning domains and software features. Tier names, features, and pricing are subject to change. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Third-party services

Certain features within Grounded One are made available through third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you may be asked to review and accept before using a given feature.

Zero2M LLC is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, availability, or security of any third-party service. Your use of integrated services is at your own risk and subject to each provider's terms.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the platform. Financial data displayed within the platform may not reflect real-time balances or account values.

Past performance of any investment, strategy, or financial plan shown within the platform does not guarantee future results.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero2M LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at legal@groundedone.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use Grounded One.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
