Welcome to Grounded

These terms govern your use of Grounded One and its family of financial apps. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. We have tried to make them clear and fair.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to use Grounded.

What Grounded provides

Grounded is a personal financial management platform. We help you organize, visualize, and plan your financial life. We are not a bank, broker, or investment advisor. The information we provide is for informational purposes and should not be considered financial advice.

Subscription tiers

Basic Bundle

Includes Grounded Life OS and Grounded Money. Billed monthly or annually.

Comprehensive

Everything in Basic plus Wealth, Tax, Risk, and Estate modules. Billed monthly or annually.

Concierge

Everything in Comprehensive plus dedicated advisor access, Insurance, Retirement, and Family Access. Custom pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
